Tips for Healthy Living
Optimal health is not difficult to achieve, it simply takes a little conscience attention on your part everyday. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” If you don’t take care of yourself, who will, or should I ask, who will have to? Remember, the benefit of enjoying wellness far exceeds the effort it takes to have it!
Drink ½ of your body weight in ounces of water daily. (150 lbs = 75 oz)
Eat 3-5 servings raw (uncooked) fruit and vegetables daily.
Try to consume 25 -30 grams of fiber daily.
Try to get some sun light on as much of your body as you can everyday.; (This promotes the production of vitamin D, and much more).
Try to get some fresh air daily.
Exercise at least 20–30 minutes 3-5 times a week.
Get plenty of rest... (physically, mentally and spiritually). Have a time of quietness and meditation daily.
Take Probiotics & Essential Fatty Acids (Omega 3, 6, & 9) daily.
Wash your hands with hot water and soap several times throughout the day — especially in the winter months.
Keep your eliminative / cleansing organs detoxified!
