With colon cancer being the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the USA, why isn’t more emphasis being put on the importance of maintaining a clean and balanced colon? The US Health Service says 90% of Americans are walking around with clogged colons! If that’s the case, surely this should warrant special notification.
Is the statement “death begins in the gut” true? Absolutely! When the colon is kept clean and balanced, viruses, bacteria, fungus, and germs cannot take root or gain a foothold. If the colon isn’t kept clean, autointoxication begins—poisoning by toxic substances generated within the body—as a result of intestinal digestion, or self–poisoning caused by endogenous microorganisms, metabolic wastes, or other toxins produced within the body.
Dr. T. Colin Campbell, co-author of The China Study gives his view on health. “I have never pursued health hoping for immortality. Good health is about being able to fully enjoy the time we do have. It is about being as functional as possible throughout our entire lives and avoiding crippling, painful and lengthy battles with disease. There are many better ways to die, and to live.”
Toxic waste living within the colon is the root cause of MOST illnesses today! It is not only a good idea to cleanse the colon it is IMPERATIVE for good health! Dr. Norman W. Walker states, “The very best of diets can be no better than the very worst, if the sewage system of the colon is clogged with a collection of waste and corruption.” Dr. Walker also states, “If a person has eaten processed, fried, and over cooked foods, devitalized starches, sugar and excessive amounts of salt, their colon cannot possibly be efficient”.
We shower, brush our teeth, and bathe on a daily basis, but we tend to ignore cleansing our insides. Have you ever considered what might be inside you? The average person is about 8–10 bowel movements behind schedule, ESPECIALLY if they consume meat. It is estimated the average person can have between 4 to 25 pounds of intestinal toxic waste in their colon.
A person should have 2–3 “good” bowel movements per day! Our food transit time should be no more than 16–24 hours for proper elimination. Anything longer than this is considered constipation—which is our body’s greatest enemy! The longer the transit time, the longer the toxic waste matter sits in the bowels, allowing proteins to putrefy, fats to become rancid, and carbohydrates to ferment.
The longer the body is exposed to rotting food in the intestines, the greater the risk of developing disease. Even with one bowel movement per day, there is still several meals worth of waste sitting in the colon at any given time. And that does not take in consideration old impacted fecal matter that may line the colon walls. It is actually possible for a person to have toxic fecal matter in their colon that has been there for months or years. This waste can get encrusted and be as hard as rocks. In our office we have seen meat come out of people, which they have said they haven’t eaten in months.
Colon Hydrotherapy is the starting place for rebalancing the body’s natural state of health!

The health of most organs as well as our overall well-being DEPENDS upon how well our bowel (large intestine) functions!
The possibility of attaining any degree of vibrant health is prevented if fermentation and accumulation is retained by the body!
If a person has eaten processed, fried and overcooked foods, devitalized starches, sugars and excessive amounts of salt, their colon CANNOT possibly be efficient, even if they have a bowel movement two to three times a day!
